PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Clann na Cara Parent Organization (CNCPO) is to organize parents with a commom goal of promoting traditional Irish culture through Irish dance; to encourage the participation of youth in Irish dance as a means of celebrating and preserving the Irish heritage; to foster dicipline and self-motivation in youth through Irish dance. The CNCPO organizes Irish dance performances at Irish festivals and Irish celebrations in the community.
