Accreditations
Teachers at Clann Na Cara are CLRG certified and members in good standing with the following organizations:
- An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha (CLRG) The Commission of Irish Dancing based in Dublin, IRL. www.clrg.ie
- The Irish Dancing Teachers Assocation of North America (IDTANA) www.idtana.org
- The Mid-Atlantic Region (MAR) www.mid-atlanticregion.com
So...what does all that mean?
The above organizations govern all things Irish dance related. It is through the teachers' certifications (TCRG/ADCRG) that membership to these groups are allowed. This in turn is beneficial to students of Clann Na Cara as it allows those who wish to partake in competitions the ability to do so.
